Ok I've figured it out. Visakh can't be one person. It must be an acronym for some sort of collection of sql gurus all working together to answer questions. Perhaps:

I passed Rob maybe 5-6 years ago. He then got a job that didn't allow him to spend too much time on here, so several other people passed him too. He's back though, so watch out.
