Happy Thanksgiving to you too, Jim!

Making the mashed potatoes and roasted broccoli for the feast at my parents' house tomorrow. My sister's dating a chef, and he volunteered to make the turkey. One turkey will be a traditional one, and the other will be stuffed with duck and chicken. Sounds amazing!

Happy Thanksgiving to Everyone!

Be sure to eat lots of Turkey. There are plenty of them in New Jersey.

Not to ruin anyone's Thanksgiving day appetite, but I thought this podcast was really funny. The banter between the host Kai Ryssdal and the guest is entertaining too.

And, Happy Thanksgiving to everyone even if I did spoil your appetite!!
