Can anyone help for creation a role that don't permit a user access(view, modify, create) DTS in a SQL SERVER? The roles I created all permit user access DTS. Is there any Server Role for this?

then he wont be able to accces the packages stored inside server

but he access this packages, can't modify and save with same name, but can save with another name and schedule jobs.
