I've given up drinking alcohol. Used to drink 1/2 to 2/3rd bottle of wine a night, rarely more, but every night. Always had broken night's sleep, never drank caffine in the evening 'coz it made it worse. Now I sleep soundly every night; have had coffee after dinner a few times (since stopping alcohol), not disturbed my sleep. I don't fall asleep in front of the TV at night any more either ... in fact I struggle to be ready for bed before 1am now

So keep drinking caffeine and give up the alcohol is my advice

Try knocking out a round of golf after work.

Not to even mention coffee, i will be wide awake past midnight if i drank too much Chinese Tea during dinner. I always think alcohol will helps you sleep better. It really works for you ? or maybe i should start drinking lots of wine and then switch to coffee

Probably depends a) how much/often you drink and b) how old you are. Definitely noticed a very significant change though.

I drink coffee in the morning and then maybe iced tea at lunch. I avoid caffeine after that as it's just not worth it.
