Hi,

Yes, I did the worst imaginable. I accidentally dumped a database on a dedicated server and there's no backup to be found.

Is there any way to get it back?

Any help/suggestions appreciated.

Thank you.

What does that mean?

Did you use SSMS GUI to do the dump, or Code?

What's the location you supplied for the dump?

Are you on the box, remoting the box, or using a client?

Hi Brett,

1.This was on phpMyAdmin. So no code involved from my end.

2.No location either. Pretty much a matter of hit the wrong red button.

3. phpMyAdmin

Thanks for the prompt reply. Really appreciate it.

This is a Microsoft SQL Server board. You might want to try and post your question over here:
