Hi,
Please help me
I have ssis and I have error in flat file sourse like
"Data conversion failed. The data conversion for column "Column 41" returned status value 4 and status text "Text was truncated or one or more characters had no match in the target code page.

check the column with id as column 41. seems like destination doesnt have enough length to hold data coming from the file
