Dos Thousand posts!

Which tells you how multi-lingual I am. How do you say two thousand in your language?

And thanks Damian. For all your answers and all the help on the site.

Congrats.
Just need to find a source of proper warm non-fizzy beer to make your life complete.

Won't forgive your countryman for beating Timmy though.

NICE JOB MERKIN!

It's amazing how long you had to evade drop bears in order to post 2000 times!

BTW graz, "Two thousand posts" in Oz-speak is "Two thousand posts, mate! Let's grab a coldie, it's my shout." Or something like that.

Oh! I see I missed your e-birthday! 2000 posts old today! (or should I say 2000 posts old last week)

Sorry Damian - been side-tracked for a while. I've been following graz's advice and creating a new legacy system...But I guess I'm obliged to respond, seeing as how you've been so helpful and all.

And so we have:

There once was a feller named Merkin
Who spent most of his time e-lurkin'
He once caught me out
Showed I had no idea what SQL was about
And posted an answer that made me look like a gherkin

(you know I had to ...)

They call him "Merkin the Magician"
And he'll drive you to utter contrition
If your post is a crock
You'll be in for a shock
'Cause he's a real SQL tactician

(graz - please change his title - apart from being well-deserved, it might even succeed in raising the tone of the inevitable investigations...)

In the land of Merkin there once sat
A fellow with a magical hat
And the spells he would cast
Made his queries run fast
What a very cool SQL cat.
