How can i Compare Replicated Tables for Differences?

is there any script or tool?

There are lots of scripts and tools that can do this. But you will need to stop replication temporarily to do it. Stop the log reader job and ensure the queues are empty. Then do the comparison. Depending upon how big your tables are, this could mean lots of "downtime" to the subscriber in that the data is stale.
