10.00.xxxx is SQL 2008
10.50.xxxx is SQL 2008 R2
You need to upgrade version from 2008 to 2008R2
Insert an installation disk and choose to upgrade.

Do you have an MSDN subscription? BTW, 10.50.4000 is out now (SP2).

Thanks All, but is it not available to get 10.50.2500 Version to be downloaded?

I have tried but couldn't find any?

No,

You have to run installation from SQL SERVER 2008 R2 disk to be 10.50.1600 (RTM)
Then install SP1 to be 10.50.2500
