I don't now what the heck is going on. All I did was remove all my params in my SQL Task in the params tab and re-added the same ones and now I get errors saying the parameter information cannot be retrieved when I test/parse my query.

I don't get it. This WAS working just fine.

you need to remap the variables as per new parameter info to fix the error. any changes you did will be interpreted as a metadata change by ssis and will require you to remap the parameters after doing it
