Dear Experts,
Can we install sql server developer licensed edition over Enterprise evaluation edition.
If so how should i proceed.

Please help

Yes - you can. Run the edition upgrade option - enter the new key for the developer edition and it will upgrade the instance.

Now,i just enter the license key or should i run the edition upgrade from the new licensed setup DVD??

Either way will work - I did it both ways, from the developer DVD and just entering license keys.
