I've come across some strange behaviour and was hoping someone else had found a fix for this as so far Google has proved fruitless for me.

I have SSRS 2008 setup and am using some reports created in Report Builder 2.0. One of the forms has 2 date parameters. If I open the report using Chrome I can only type in a date manually, I dont have the calendar icon to click to get the drop down calendar control. If I use IE(8) or FF(15) it works fine.

Anyone have any suggestions?

thanks

steve

I have run into exactly the same problem, and have not found any solution. This page lists supported browsers and Chrome isn't in the list for report viewing. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms156511(v=sql.110).aspx

I tell my users that they MUST use Internet Explorer and if someone complains I call for air-cover (from my boss) to drill into them that we are not going to support other browsers.
