Hi,
Can any body explain diff b/w SQLSERVER 2000, SQLSERVER 2005,SQLSERVER 2008,SQLSERVER 2008R2,SQLSERVER 2012.

These are different versions of sql server. With every version come new features. To understand the difference , consider reading the different versions of SQL Server books online. Also microsoft.com has quite a few whitepapers
