Hi,

I am having 2 servers S1 and S2, set that s2 as linked server in S1 and created synonyms in DB1 in S1 for accessing T1 of S2.
I able to do the select query but not able to update the table records from s1.
How we can acheive this?

You need Update/Delete or admin privilege for that. Why update by link server? Can't you export table and update as needed. I don't recommend to update table by linked server if it is done inside the code.
