I need to download SQL 2012 server on my local machine ? what should I download ?

I want to download the free version that gives me management studio etc to manage all the SQL databases on my local machine.

Should I download SQL Server 2012 R2 ? Or Express ?

What you want to get is Express with Tools or Express with Advanced Services (second and third in the download list).
