| Came in this morning and many interfaces, reports and MS Access files are coming up with this error.System.Data.SqlClient.SqlError: [DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (PreLoginHandshake()).]General network error. Check your network documentation.<br>We have checked: Firewall is off on the database servers and services are started (even tried restarting them). Any help on where to look is appreciated, this is rather urgent reaching out to many sources for assistance. |

| Found this in the event viewer if it helps. the configuration of the adminconnection tcp protocol in the sql instance sqlexpress is not valid |

SQL Error
