Hello I am not good at excel 2007.

How do I filter a column in excel 2007 the way i would in SQL?

Lets say I do not want to see certain values.

In SQL i would say

select ***********

NOT IN('a','b','c')

How do I accomplish this task in Excel 2007?

Highlight the cells that will be sorted
Click the Sort & Filter button on the Home tab
select the one you want to filter

select Data in the top of Excel book. you will find Filter icon in the ribbon.

Select the column you want to apply filter, then click the filter icon from the ribbon.
