Hi.

I am having a problem installing SQL SERVER 2005 on my windows 7 enterprise 32 bit operating system.
The installation never completes. The error log file states I need to have IIS installed (I do and it is running).
I get a message stating that SP3 needs to be run after the install for compatibility issues, if the install never runs not sure how I can add it. I ran the SP3 anyway.

Appreciate any help.

Receive message at the end of installation.

Looked at error logs:

You can not install SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition on a client OS like Windows 7 because SQL Server setup will block installation. It is not supported.
