 My canceling query running for 1 day

I cancelled the query yesterday still it is running till now

and my waitype is PREEMPTIVE_OS_PIPEOPS

The command in that cancelled query has xp_cmdshell which i executed in ssms

Is it in ROLLBACK mode? Use this query to monitor the rollback: http://www.sqlserver-dba.com/2011/11/monitoring-a-rollback-and-sysdm_exec_requests.html.
Can you generate a dump file?

Killed the process and the rollback is continuing 2nd day so i restarted the instance

I ran
exec xp_cmdshell 'notepad' and stopped within a few seconds
cancelled the query closed the machine i thought it will stop but the cancel still running for a day and i killed the process by the time the process is running,waitype is PREEMPTIVE_OS_PIPEOPS my CPU and I/0 is gowing and gowing

Try this only in test server.
