Is there any way to get job history after executing sp_purage_history?

The history is stored in the sysjobhistory table in the msdb database. If you make regular backups of msdb (and you should) you can restore them to another database and copy the contents of sysjobhistory to a permanent store. Or modify your purge job to copy the history elsewhere beforehand.
