Hi every1,

I am new to SSRS, I am creating a simple List report for practice.
The problem i am facing is that i do not see details with small drop down arrow in row groups in the grouping pane. Much appretiated for any advice.

have you actually added a group? click on report and see if you have edit group menu item

Hi Visakh16,

Thanks for your reply and Yes I have added a group and I can see group properties if i right click on the table and selection option from there.
Is it something to do with Visual studio installation. I have the default VS which gets installed with SQL server2008.

nope.. I dont think so. It should still work fine in default installation that comes with sql server 2008
