Hello there,

i have a package with a flat file source importing a txt file delimited with pipes, but the odd pipe is getting through to sql table.

how do i update rows with pipes to shift to the left.

can i do this using ssis or sql

what option you've chosen? fixed length or delimited? Also see if row and column delimiters are interpretted correctly inside flat file connection manager
