I have published database and several subscribers are connected. Now I want to create trigger on a table. But I dont want republish and resubscribe again. And I want this trigger to be fired only on publisher and not on subscriber.

Will this cause any issue to the publisher or subscriber in any way?

Thanks in advance.

Nope, it won't affect anything. Go for it. If you create it on the subscriber(s) then use the NOT FOR REPLICATION clause.
