while i am calling sp from another sp i am getting error

"Cannot use the ROLLBACK statement within an INSERT-EXEC statement."

This is a restriction on insert-exec - take a look at the last reply in this thread: http://www.sqlteam.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=82388

For sharing data between procedures, there are other ways - see Sommarskog's blog: http://www.sommarskog.se/share_data.html
