My symantec backup to tape comes up withe the following errors : V-79-57344-33329 / V-79-57344-33300 / V-79-57344-33332.
I got help from the net "TECH 139036"......I follow the procedure and get to step 2. I go to cmd prompt and type in the command as stated with the correct server name. I get the following error......
[SQL Native Client ]SQL Network Interface: Error Locating Server/Instance Specified [xFFFFFFFF].
[SQL Native Client ]login timeout expired.
[SQL Native Client ]An error has occured while establishing a connection to the server. When connecting to SQL server 2005, this failure maybe caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL server does not allow remote connections.

Please help.
