can you give me some help, I have a problem that I can not solve that I have to finish but I do not know how and what to finish.problem is as follows:

What are you trying to do? It appears based on the error you posted, that something is using the datafile that you are trying to access. Is the Database that it belongs to accessible? Or suspect? Or are you trying to create/attach this database?

where are you trying to attch it to? Do you've access to location where datafile is present?
