Hi Guys,

I have 5 databases on same instance of sql server and all functions and procedures are on one database. I taced the all hits through tunning template in profiler and then PDS as non-clustered index, partition as no partition, keep all existing PDS and selected all my five databases in general tab.

but there was no index recomandation for indexes.
Please help.

That is possible. Are you experiencing performance issues on a particular query? Identify the slow query , measure how long it is taking and comapare against how long it should be taking.
An alternative to DTA is check the Execution Plans yourself, and identify any sub optimal activity.

Also , do you have a solid maintenance plan in place?

First Find out if you have missing indexes, two check for fragmentation, there look for io and locks. avoid the overhead of the profiler.

You may be experiencing missing statistics or out of data statistics. http://www.sqlserver-dba.com/2011/01/index-missing-statistics.html
