My database size is 500 Gigabyte,

My Ram is 12 Gig

is that enough?

its using 10 Gig Currently

It depends. It's not something that we can answer. It's something you'll need to test. In an ideal world, you want the whole thing in memory. But if a lot of the data is historical and not used much, then that data won't be needed in memory.
