BIN writes "Hi, Sirs,

Every time when I schedule my package, after I click the "OK" button, the time will be changed back to 12:00:00AM. I have no idea of what is going on there. Is there anyone who can help me?

Thank you

Bin Xu"

DO you mean when you Righr click a package, schedule it,hot OK and then right click again on the package and click schedule the time is 00:00:00 ? This is normal - its the default for the schedule package dialogue - it you want to see your scheduled package have a look in the Management>SQL Server Agent>Jobs folder , you will see your package job with the correct time on it.
