we have got replication server setup which is working fine,

So in order to speed up some Sync process we are going to add a new dedicated network line with different IP

and re-route the replication process through that,

what changes do i need to make in order to make this change happen successfully?

Just change the IP address and reboot as far as I know. As long as it's not clustered, it should be smooth.
