Is there any way I could export data to excel or other database(SQL Server 2008 or 2012) from SQL Server 2000 or earlier?

I tried to use SQL Server Import and Export Wizard but It complains that SQL Server Native Client 11.0 doesn't support SQL Server 2000 or earlier

Have you tried starting from your 2000 client tools (query analyzer or enterprise manager) to use their DTS wizard to export the data to your 2008/2012 server?

If you have 2005 installed anywhere you should be able to backup/restore to 2005 then (upgrade the db to 2005) then backup/restore to 2012.

At least you should be able to use the 2000 client to export to files then import those to your newer server
