i am using sql server 2012 i want to backup full database automaitcally everyday . pls i need help

Create a maintenancae task for backup.
ALternatively create a job in SQL Server Agent to execute t-sql script BACKUP DATABASE....

just look at below MSDN syntax and make a start. Its pretty straightfoward.
