| HI,I just installed SQL Server 2005 enterprise edition in a new computer. When I open SQL Server management studio, it doesn't show any local database engine names, but I can connect to databases in another computers. Even, no services like sql server/sql server agent are running. I wonder what the problem is. |

what is the OS version of the new computer ?You can only install Enterprise Edition on Windows Serverrefer to http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms143506%28v=sql.90%29.aspx on section Operating System Requirements
