Below is my screenshot from Ignite...this is just from an hour, but is very representative of what is going on. SQL 2012 SP1 running on a multi-instance virtualized Server 2008. All other instances are having this issue as well. Any thoughts?

Whats really happening at SQL Server, can only be pictured through Waits and Queue Methodology. Execute Paul Randal query http://www.sqlskills.com/blogs/paul/wait-statistics-or-please-tell-me-where-it-hurts/ to get wait statistics. As these are cumulative figures (since SQL Server is up), so clean statistics data first at start of your working hours and then execute Paul's query to grab actually picture. Share it with us so we can suggest you in more professional way.
