Open up Event Viewer in Administration Tools. Go to the application log and find the corresponding error. Post it here.

If you're familiar with Powershell - you can also use the Get-EventLog cmdlet to return information from the Event Logs

Mr.TKiZer, I post here the event log information

The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( dealplylive ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: Service stopped.
