Hi All,

I am exporting data from sql 2008 r2 db to csv, the maximum the csv is showing is 1,048,576 whilst the actual count in sql is over 2 million.

Is there an limit within SSMS db/tasks/export?

thanks in advance...

do you have to do it only to a CSV?? Can you not do it an Excel file??
If the answer for above question is YES and you can use MS Excel 2007 or above, you can do it in the straight forward fashion but the only problem is due to the amount of data(2Million) you will encounter issues while opening the file..

You can create one sheet for 65000 records and have multiple sheets in the same excel. I think that way is a better solution for this...
