Author  Topic  Tallboy Starting Member 4 Posts Posted - 2014-03-24 : 16:47:20 Hi, I recently installed sql svr express 2008 r2 on a few windows xp pc's being logged on as a domain user with no problem. Then today on my 3rd win xp pc I installed as Administrator instead. Now I can see the sql svr on the network and I can connect to it over the network with SSMS, but cannot connect via my vb.net app using ado, but I can connect to the other instances no problem. Has anyone any idea what may be wrong?
