Hi,
I have created AD group and created a group login in SQL 2008. I use the the group login in all environments to enable individual users access to server. Individual users are assigned to group to enable data access. This works fine in test environment but on LIVE, the group users cannot access the server. I had to create individual windows login for all users.
Any idea's what might be the issue ?

maybe double check the domain of the group - make sure it is a network domain rather than that of the local server - and that the correct version is a member of the sql group.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.
It is a domain group with windows users as members. As mentioned, individual window login work for group permission on other environments.
