I am trying to install SQL 2005 Express Edition, however i am getting error 1603. When i checked for return value 3 i got the following snippet from logfile.

"1: ALLUSERS property is not 1 - this MSM cannot be used for a per-user or fallback-to-per-user install
1: sxsdelca 2: SxsMsmInstall completed 3: 0 4: -2147467263
CustomAction SxsInstallCA returned actual error code 1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)
MSI (s) (20:9C) [18:07:25:745]: Machine policy value 'DisableRollback' is 0
MSI (s) (20:9C) [18:07:25:745]: Note: 1: 1402 2: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Rollback\Scripts 3: 2
Action ended 18:07:25: SxsInstallCA. Return value 3.
MSI (s) (20:9C) [18:07:25:745]: Note: 1: 1402 2: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Rollback\Scripts 3: 2
MSI (s) (20:9C) [18:07:25:745]: No System Restore sequence number for this installation.
MSI (s) (20:9C) [18:07:25:745]: Unlocking Server
Action ended 18:07:25: INSTALL. Return value 3."

I would really appreciate early help and resolution from the SQL Gurus.
