generally a primary key column is the best candidate for clustered index.
1.it is narrow
2.used in joins
3.uniqueness of data

indexing a column depends on how you use the column.

Im quite confused by the question. It doesnt seem to supply any useful information to make the choice between n-c or clustered index.

But dont trust me on this, im still learning more about it.
