It's not possible directly and it also violates the license.

Believe it or not some servers are setup where the password is blank, you might want to check no password, other than that talk to your server guys.

Check the original install scripts.
Worst case, if possible , change the sa password , using another account with sysadmin priveleges. There are some risks associated with this task

Only change the password if you are certain no apps are using it and is out of normal hours.

Thanks Peers with your answers as I still ordered to Document these passwords to be treasured, for that sake I need to QUERY and get them which have been installed on these servers.
