Is there any way to see why database size grow and when?
Any script or GUI option.

You would have to build something to track each index/heap and then compare the data to previous rows.

But often times, database growth is due to rebuilding an index. If there was a sudden growth, check what got rebuilt around that timeframe. SQL needs space in the log and database files to do those transactions.
