what is name of default instance? (mssqlserver or computer name?)

For your connection, it would be be the computer name. But the default instance is MSSQLSERVER in services, the registry, etc. You don't need to specify that in your connection though.

Default name is MSSQLSERVER but if it is express edition it would be SQLEXPRESS.
