Hello All,
Iam facing issue when trying to create a new database.
below is the error i get

create failed for database 'TestDB'(Microsoft.sqlserver.smo)
Additional Information:
Unable to open the physical file "F:\MSSQL\DW\Data02\TestDB.mdf",Operating system error 1179:"(The volume change journal is not active.)".
Create database failed.Some filenames list couldnot be created.check related errors(Microsoft SQL Server,Error:5120)

Note:cofirmed that the SQL Service account has full rights on the drive,folder.
It is a mounted drive.

Please help
