hi guys, just new to sql and i need to self study sql 2005 administration. do you have suggested links where i can download or read online in administering sql 2005. thanks advance.

First goal is to install SQL Server and spend as much time as possible learning the basics. There is loads of material online. A good starting pointing is MSDN online. It is essential you master Back and Restore procedures , understanding the Recover Point Objectives, and constructing a backup policy supporting agreed recovery points
