It's an SQL Server IDE developed by Ken Henderson. I haven't used it though so can't comment much more.Damian |

I just downloaded it and played with it a little bit, it's nice! It's lighter and more responsive than Query Analyzer. It did take a while to connect to my server though, but was nice and zippy after. The mini Enterprise Manager is NICE, much faster than the original; although it's just a browser, you get A LOT of handy info on one screen. Drag a table, view, or stored procedure to the query window and it generates the script for it! Auto-indenting, various abilities to upper-/lower-case/comment/quote lines, words, selections too, and of course color-coding! And you can cofigure it into oblivion. |

Rob, what version have you got?I had version 1, and the only thing it seemed capable of was crashing. Now I downloaded versin 2 (beta), and so far it is behaving. The feel of it is a bit different than QA though, so it'll take a while to get used to it.A good reason to use Sequin: Distribute it to clients running MSDE with your app who do not have QA or any of the client components licensed.Sarah Berger MCSD |
