(it's funnier in text than it is in icons)

WAY TO GO BRETT!!!

Too bad there isn't a DB2Team.com, you'd have over 1000 posts there too!

Yeah, too bad...I'd rather have root canal...have you ever seen IBMs "books Online"? PAINFUL.

Thanks everyone. Look forward to all the good advice in the future!

(I still think 0 is not a vaild datatype...but that's a holdover from DB2)...and a MOO there, and a Bovine Moo for the insiprator...even though they don't mean the same thing...

Wow...Arnold, you have me spinning with this one. Same question as Brett, how long did it take? I cant imagine you as a guy with too much time on his hands!!

I wish I could have RAISERROR output to smileys and eight balls instead of plain ol' text, it would make using SQL Server a little more colorful.

Way to go Brett! [cheers]

Thanks. I've always felt that SQL was an untapped resource of comic material.

The sane way to do it would be use Figlet or similar to generate the big letters, and then replace the output characters with smileys, which would take a couple of minutes.
