The transaction log grows very fast. Anybody knows how to clear it?

BACKUP LOG.

What is your database recovery model set to? Right click on your db in EM, go to properties, then to Options tab. Does it say FULL? If so, you need to perform transaction log backups. If you don't require point in time recovery, then change it to SIMPLE.
