I have a three node Windows 2003 Cluster setup. On it is SQL2000 with several instances.

One instance is running out of disk space, we have aquired a large disk volume on the SAN to replace this disk.

I am hoping to shut down the instance, copy the data from the current drive to the new larger drive. Rename the drive letters and start the instance back up.

Is there any issues that I need to be concerned of?

Nope, that's what we've done a few times before.
