Greetings Everyone,
Is there any limit for number of logins should be created for a instance?
Does (unwanted) more logins affects the performance?

Thanks
Tracey

It can if they are used. Each login takes about 2k of memory if I recall correctly. They will also have affect connection pooling if you have a lot used at the same time. Besides this, the only issue is maintenance and security. You should always have the smallest amount needed.
